A benefit dinner held in partnership with Australian Wildlife Conservancy in order to raise the profile of their conservation efforts, and in particular, funds to support their US matching program for Pungalina property in the Gulf of Carpentaria.
Renowned Australian chef, Shannon Bennett, will craft the menu, with fresh produce flown in from Australia and paired with premium Australian wines. The evening will have elements of Australian talent, and will offer the guests an evening of creativity and theatrical flair along with their support for an Australian not for profit. |
