Description: The G'Day USA Australian Resources and Energy Investment Forum will provide an opportunity for attendees to hear a high level overview of the Australian resources and energy sector ( including alternative energy) along with investment opportunities and experiences.  The Australian Federal Minister for Resources and Energy, The Hon. Martin Ferguson MP, will provide background on this sector which contributes 8% to GDP and 40% to exports.  The Minister will comment on the forseeable future for Australian resources and energy and foreign investment opportunities within the sector.  Mr Grame Barty, Regional Director Austrade Americas, will highlight Australian alternative energy developments and investment opportunities.
